Blair is a creative with experience as a Director, Choreographer and Movement Director. He enjoys collaborating with other Creatives to help build a vision for any production. From early stages of Workshops to Final Production, Blair enjoys working with all members of the team to help achieve the best possible result.

Blair offers creative insight across multiple disciplines, combined with the knowledge and the interpersonal skills to help people to grow and to learn. A creative facilitator who has a strong vision, but also knows the right questions to ask to uncover solutions. Organised and disciplined, Blair comes prepared, and is then able to deliver efficiently and with clarity.

Blair also offers a wealth of experience as an Associate and Resident Director and Choreographer. Collaborating with other Creatives to create exciting and efficient productions and help maintain the vision throughout its run whilst changing venues and throughout cast changes.
